Manuka Rise Alterations

This house was a new but unfinished shell of a building when the new owner took possession. It was unlined and there were many changes to be made. The mezzanine floor was raised as well as adding a dormer upstairs and converting the garage into a second bedroom. Plus building a new garage/workshop seperate to the existing building.
