Tui Glen Road extensive alterations

With a lot of planning and some great management this challenging job was a great success. The clients ended up with beautiful modern spaces making the most of spectacular views and plenty of extra room for their growing family. The job involved lowering the floor level in the existing garage while the house above was propped up, then adding an extra garage on the side along with a new bedroom. A new bathroom was added under the house and another existing bedroom was tidied up. The stairwell was moved and then the living areas upstairs were opened up. New trusses allowed us to extend the overhang at the front of the house and remove walls to give a huge open living space. We installed new double glazed tinted joinery units that open up on to a large deck. The clients are rapt with their alterations.
